
Penne with Brazil nut sauce
Preparation:
1. Cook pasta in salt water until soft but still firm.
2. Mix cream and vegetable stock in a casserole, add the flour, stir well and bring to the boil.
3. Season and add the ground nuts.
4. Drain pasta and distribute on plates, add the nut sauce and sprinkle with chopped Brazil nuts and ground Parmesan cheese.
